1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Pearl Coast Services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. All services are provided according to the selected cleaning package and the information provided at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Estimates

Prices are based on the size, condition of the property, and the type of service requested. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs from the information initially provided.

3. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delays or inability to access the property may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Pearl Coast Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper installation of items. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any fragile or delicate items before the service.

7. Safety & Pets

For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that all pets be secured during the cleaning service.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Pearl Coast Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
